We rented the Mermaid Combo 27LX16WX16H. There was a lot of rain in the forecast, so Mallory called us and suggested we should wait until the morning of the event and see how the weather was and she was right! Her experience and quick communication was very much appreciated. She could be a weather forecaster! The kids loved the combo bounce house and slide for the party. Highly recommend this company. They were on time, professional and the slide was clean and in excellent condition. We hope to rent from them again.

This is the second year in a row we’ve had Bounce City 321 at our son’s birthday, and once again they did not disappoint! This year they even provided chairs and tables, making the setup completely effortless. The slides always look brand new, and the kids have the absolute best time. I’ve never had a service go so smoothly. We will definitely continue to have them at all of our parties!

Bounce city 321 is overall the best bounce house / water slide rental company in Brevard in my opinion.... I have rented a bounce house/water combo from them every year for the past 5 years I've never had an issue with them .... They are always on time never had a problem with their blow ups or had any mechanical issues of any kind with there equipment..they come the night before the party is booked they let you keep it all day long as scheduled and they come pick it up the next day so to have it for a 3 day span is well worth the money.... They are courteous when you call to schedule with them.... I called and asked him for a extra tarp and they had no problem bringing a extra on at no charge .....and when they come to pick up they make sure that they do everything correctly and clean ...I will continue to rent from them again for all my party needs and I give them six stars out of five

We rented the slip-and-slide for my son's first birthday party, and it was a hit! We only reserved it for a day rental, but the team ended up dropping it off the day before the party and picked it up the day after. They were awesome to work with and had great communication. We will definitely use this company again!

If you are looking for the best, no need to look any further!! I highly recommend Bounce City!!! Their booking process online is very user friendly. Their communication is fantastic. The setup crew was top notch!! And the product more than met our needs. THANK YOU Bounce City for everything, you have gained a grateful and future customer!!
